Gillies Stonemasonry was established with one goal; to give our clients peace of mind in finding a trusted stonemason, using traditional methods while harnessing the latest technology.
Gordon Gillies is originally from Glasgow, Scotland where he served an extensive 4 year apprenticeship learning the traditional craft of stonemasonry. Throughout his career he has restored and built some of Scotland’s and Canada's most historic and prestigious buildings. He now resides in Grimsby Ontario with his family where he continues his passion for stonework in the surrounding area.
